Our outdoor dining chairs come in powder-coated aluminum, FSC-certified solid teak, and all-weather resin wicker, in armchair and side-chair styles u2014 including stackable options for easy storage u2014 with quick-drying Sunbrellau00ae-covered cushions where included. Some are also suited for indoor/outdoor use.

Each is built to weather the elements: rust-proof powder-coated aluminum, naturally rot- and weather-resistant FSC-certified solid teak, and UV- and water-resistant all-weather resin wicker over corrosion-resistant frames. Adjustable levelers on the base keep each chair steady on uneven ground, and any included cushions use Sunbrellau00ae solution-dyed acrylic covers over quick-dry foam wrapped in polyfiber, with zip-off covers for easy cleaning.

Your dining chairs ship with a protective furniture cover at no extra cost u2014 we recommend using it in inclement weather and whenever the chairs aren't in use, and storing them indoors during fall and winter if you live in a climate with harsh seasonal weather. Wipe frames with mild soap and water and rinse woven materials as needed; the FSC-certified solid teak weathers to a silvery-grey patina naturally, or can be treated with a teak sealer to keep its golden tone. Stackable styles make off-season storage easy.

Your outdoor dining chairs are delivered via free white glove service and arrive fully assembled u2014 the delivery team brings them into your space, places them where you'd like, and removes all packaging.

Every furniture item ships via our complimentary white glove delivery service, regardless of size. Once your order ships, our carrier, Metropolitan, will reach out to schedule a delivery date and a 4-hour window. On delivery day, they'll call ahead, bring your piece into your room of choice, complete any assembly, and remove all packaging. Most items arrive fully assembled or require only light assembly, which the white glove team completes for you upon delivery.

After your order ships, you'll receive tracking details and an email from Metropolitan to schedule your 4-hour delivery window. The team calls when they're about 30 minutes away, then places your furniture exactly where you'd like it, completes any necessary assembly, and takes away all packing materials. Please note that our white glove service includes one delivery attempt; for each additional attempt, Quince will charge a fee of 15% of the total order value, so we recommend measuring carefully before ordering to ensure your item fits through all doorways, hallways, and elevators. Our carrier is also unable to handle any non-Quince items, such as furniture or rugs already in your home.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for stocked items and 7 days for made-to-order items. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after an order is placed are also subject to the 15% restocking fee.

We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of your space, along with all doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators the piece will pass through u2014 the item's diagonal depth must be less than the width of your narrowest passage. Our furniture is certified free from defects in frame and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner under normal residential use.
